The results of the NEDO project “Practical Development of Compact, Energy-saving and Material-saving Semiconductor Device Manufacturing Fab
Suitable for High-mix, Low-volume Production” (Implementation period: FY2019 – 2022) will be reported at ENEX2024 as follows.
The project implementers are Kyowa Dengyo, Hamamatsu Photonics, Yokogawa Solution Service,
Seinan Industry, Design Network, and Minimal Fab Promotion Organization.
