An organization that supports the development and dissemination of innovative industrial systems that enable the production of various kinds of microdevices such as semiconductors and MEMS for high-mix low-volume production.

Although the exhibition has been suspended since FY2020 due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), this year we will exhibit total of about 15 equipments, newly developed production systems,under the catchphrase “Quickly respond to Individual Chip Needs”.
In addition to the display of real micro devices manufactured with Minimal Fab and posters, equipment manufacturers, component and material manufacturers, and one-stop service companies will exhibit and explain their products.
At the same time, lithography demonstrations using half-inch wafers will be held so that visitors can experience the excellence of Minimal Fab.
In addition, as a highlight of this year’s event, we have planned a Youtuber talk show in which three Youtubers will talk about the appeal of Minimal Fab.
